By creating or using a Smetky account, you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep the information you record accurate enough for the people who rely on your workspace.
Smetky provides a shared ledger for recording cash in, cash out, descriptions, private notes, proof files, and private voice notes. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for keeping your username, PIN, and optional recovery email accurate and confidential. Do not share your personal login. A workspace owner may remove your access to a company workspace, but cannot take ownership of your personal account.
You must have the right to upload receipts, documents, images, and recordings. Workspace owners are responsible for deciding who can access shared records.
Free access is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro and Business plans begin with a 14-day free trial. Prices and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a subscription.
You can delete your account from the account menu. Your profile, login credentials, sessions, and access are removed immediately. Shared ledger entries may remain with an anonymised “Deleted user” author so other workspace members can retain an accurate record.
We may improve, suspend, or change the service. Keep your own exports for records you must retain.
For account, privacy, or deletion questions, contact the Smetky operator through the support channel provided with your deployment.
This policy explains what Smetky stores, why it is needed, and what happens when you ask us to delete your account.
We use this information to authenticate you, enforce permissions, calculate balances, show history, store attachments, provide exports, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell ledger content. Shared records are visible only to people granted access to the relevant workspace or project. Files are stored in the configured private attachment store.
Active data is retained while it is needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, profile data, login access, and sessions are removed immediately. Shared ledger entries may be retained in anonymised form where necessary to preserve other members’ records. Security logs may be retained for up to 30 days, then removed or aggregated.
You may access and correct your details, export your ledger, change your PIN, and delete your account from Smetky. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction, portability, or erasure where applicable.
Smetky uses a necessary, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising.
For privacy requests, use the support contact supplied with your Smetky deployment.
